Please read these terms carefully before enrolling your child in Remote Learning Academy (“RMLA”).
Terms & Conditions
Enrollment Agreement
By enrolling your child in Remote Learning Academy, you are securing placement in a faith-based online homeschool partnership program designed to support your child academically and spiritually.
Enrollment includes:
academic placement review
curriculum coordination
live instructional support
teacher communication
parent partnership resources
grading and recordkeeping support
access to the RMLA Family Handbook and school calendar
Enrollment is considered complete once payment has successfully processed and confirmation has been issued

Remote Learning Academy provides educational support, live instruction, grading assistance, parent partnership resources, and discipleship-based student support.
While we are committed to academic excellence and spiritual development, individual student growth and results will vary based on:
student effort
attendance
parent partnership
assignment completion
home learning environment
consistency in following teacher guidance
We do not guarantee specific grade-level advancement, test outcomes, scholarship eligibility, or academic results, as success depends on many variables beyond our control.
Tuition & Pricing Policy
All enrollment fees, tuition plans, sibling discounts, and payment arrangements are established solely by Remote Learning Academy.
Parents are not authorized to alter tuition pricing, payment schedules, or discounts without written approval.
Any agreed payment plans must remain current in order for the student to maintain active enrollment status.
Failure to remain current on tuition may result in:
paused class access
withheld report cards
delayed transcript processing
suspension of administrative support
Payments
The enrollment fee is an annual, non-refundable payment required each school year to reserve your child’s place in Remote Learning Academy.
A separate enrollment fee applies to each enrolled student, unless a written sibling discount or promotional adjustment has been approved by RMLA.
This annual fee covers the administrative and academic onboarding required for the upcoming school year, including student placement review, family setup, recordkeeping preparation, and teacher coordination.
Tuition payments are separate from the annual enrollment fee and are due according to the payment plan selected during admissions.

approved online payment methods
All payment methods are subject to authorization and validation by the card issuer.
Parent & Student Responsibilities
Parents agree to actively partner with RMLA in their child’s educational journey.
This includes:
ensuring attendance on scheduled class days
supporting Thursday/Friday home assignments
maintaining communication with teachers
monitoring assignment completion
helping uphold the academy’s faith-based standards
reviewing announcements and school communications
Students are expected to participate respectfully, maintain classroom conduct, and complete assignments according to teacher expectations.
Refund Policy
Due to the immediate administrative, academic, and onboarding work that begins once enrollment is completed, all enrollment fees are final and non-refundable.
This includes:
student placement review
teacher planning
administrative setup
class roster coordination
handbook and school calendar preparation
Gradelink and classroom setup
curriculum alignment
The only exception is a verified duplicate charge caused by human or payment processing error.
Enforcement and Compliance
All tuition rates, enrollment fees, sibling discounts, and payment arrangements are established solely by Remote Learning Academy.
Any unauthorized attempt to alter approved pricing, discounts, or payment terms without written approval may result in suspension of services, revoked enrollment access, or termination of the student’s placement.
Families agree to adhere to the pricing, payment schedule, and financial terms established during the admissions process.
Termination
Remote Learning Academy reserves the right to suspend or terminate enrollment, access to classes, administrative support, or student services if a family violates these Terms and Conditions, the Family Handbook, payment agreements, or the academy’s conduct and faith-based standards.
Upon termination, access to live classes, school resources, records support, and administrative services may immediately cease..
Limitation of Liability
Remote Learning Academy is committed to providing high-quality academic and spiritual support; however, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to online systems, third-party platforms, or internet-based classroom tools.
RMLA shall not be held liable for interruptions caused by:
internet outages
third-party platform issues
payment processor delays
parent-side technology issues
device malfunctions
service interruptions outside our reasonable control
Families accept responsibility for maintaining appropriate internet, devices, and learning environments required for online participation
Governing Law
These Terms, enrollment agreements, and academy policies shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Severability and Waiver
If any provision of these Terms is determined to be unenforceable or invalid, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
Failure by RMLA to enforce any right or provision shall not constitute a waiver of that right.
Changes to These Terms
Remote Learning Academy reserves the right to update, revise, or modify these Terms, tuition policies, handbook expectations, and privacy policies at any time.
Continued participation in the academy after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
